  We lost all our daughters school photos in the floods last year. I phoned to see if there was any way I could get replacements. They had to contact both my daughters schools first for security, but when the lady called me back (sorry, I can't be sure of your name - think it was Jenny?) she couldn't have been more helpful. She helped me track down all of the last 4 years pictures. A couple of days later a whole new set of photos arrived with a lovely letter from their director saying he was sending them with their compliments as he'd heard about our misfortune and was pleased to be able to help. I thought this was a really kind gesture and a fantastic service. When I told my daughters school, it brought a tear to my eye. Thank you so much, it is really appreciated.
